Description

Upgrade your motorcycle's braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines are crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, which eliminates hose expansion and significantly boosts the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance enhancer, these brake lines also offer a big visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They come with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts. This product fits 2004 - 2010 Suzuki GSXR 600 motorcycles. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to secure the lines, and it comes with bolts and copper washers as shown. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors or orders can be arranged on request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions to get the perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. When you're done, check for any leaks before taking your bike for a spin. As for maintenance, regularly wipe the PVC finish clean to keep it looking good. Inspect the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or bulges. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Always keep an eye on the brake fluid level as well. If you want a custom - colored line, just let us know, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
