Description

Enhance your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade over OEM rubber hoses. Fits 1986 - 2002 Kawasaki KDX 125 and 200. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and more. All parts are in stock and ready to ship. Custom colors and orders are available on request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the caliper and master cylinder where the brake line will be installed. Use the provided bolts and copper washers to secure the brake line in place. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When riding, you'll notice improved brake feel and responsiveness. For maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage. You can easily clean the PVC finish with a soft cloth. If you have any custom - colored lines, treat them the same as the standard ones. Always keep in mind that the brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi, but if you experience any issues, don't hesitate to seek professional help.
