Description

Upgrade your motorcycle's braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these lines not only boost performance but also offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2009 - 2016 Suzuki GSXR 1000 (Non ABS) models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to secure the lines, and much more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully following your motorcycle's service manual. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the swivel unions to get the perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. When you're done, check the brake fluid level and top it up if needed. For safety, always check for any leaks after installation. As for maintenance, keep the PVC finish clean by wiping it regularly. Check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage every few months. If you notice any issues like cracks or leaks, replace the brake line right away. Also, have your brakes serviced regularly as per your motorcycle's maintenance schedule to ensure the best performance.
