Upgrade your motorcycle's braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Each line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions allow for minor banjo angle adjustments, ensuring perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, the AS3 Venhill brake lines also offer a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, providing a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit 2004 - 2006, 2010 - 2011 Suzuki DL 650 V - Strom and 2002 - 2012 Suzuki DL 1000 V - Strom. They come in a race setup with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for line placement, improved brake feel and responsiveness, factory - tested durability, DOT and TUV approval, and the inclusion of bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, keeping track of how they're attached to the caliper and master cylinder. Then, install the new lines. Use the 303 stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and use the provided copper washers. Fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed it to remove any air bubbles. As for maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. The wipe - clean PVC finish makes it easy to keep them looking good. If you notice any leaks or if the brakes don't feel right, stop using the motorcycle and have the brake lines inspected. When storing your motorcycle for a long time, make sure the brake lines are protected from extreme temperatures and moisture.
