Description

AS3 Performance rear brake reservoir cooling extensions are a great upgrade for your motorcycle's rear brake system. They screw into the rear brake master cylinder, increasing the brake fluid capacity in the reservoir. This leads to a lower overall temperature of the brake fluid, allowing your rear brakes to perform better in hot and high - pressure race conditions. These extensions are a perfect fit for many Husaberg models from 2009 - 2014, such as the TE 125 (2012 - 2014), TE 250 (2011 - 2014), and many others. They are designed to fit the Brembo master cylinder. With a total extra height of 32mm (a shorter 22mm version is also available), make sure to check clearance before buying. Key features include helping with brake fading, being CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium, having an anodised finish for corrosion resistance, and a laser - etched AS3 Performance logo. The part you receive will be exactly the one in the picture and comes with a rubber gasket.

Using your AS3 rear brake reservoir cooling extension is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Unscrew the top of your rear brake master cylinder carefully. Then, screw in the cooling extension. Tighten it gently but firmly to avoid any leaks. Before riding, check for proper installation and make sure there are no loose parts. When it comes to maintenance, regularly inspect the extension for any signs of damage or corrosion. You can clean it with a mild soap and water solution. If you notice any issues, such as a leak or significant wear, replace the part promptly. Also, remember to check the brake fluid level regularly as the extension increases the fluid capacity. If you're unsure about anything, it's always a good idea to consult a professional mechanic.
