Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Each line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, the brake lines feature a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, offering a big visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. It fits 1990 - 1992 Kawasaki ZZR 1100 C. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, stainless steel swivel unions, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, comes with bolts and copper washers. Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder carefully. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Remember to bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles before using the brakes. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of damage or wear. Wipe them clean with a soft cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Store your bike in a dry place to prevent rust on the stainless steel parts.
