Description

Upgrade your braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Each line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. Not only a performance boost, but with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they also look far better than most OEM rubber hoses. This set fits 2011 - 2015 Kawasaki ZX10R non - ABS models and is set up for racing with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and more. All parts are in stock and ready to ship. Custom colors are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake lines from the master cylinder and caliper. Then, attach the new AS3 lines, using the provided bolts and copper washers. You can adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When you're done, check for any leaks before taking your bike out for a spin. As for maintenance, keep the lines clean by wiping them with a damp cloth regularly. Avoid using harsh chemicals on the PVC finish. Also, check the lines for any signs of wear or damage periodically. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. These lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but always handle them with care during installation and use.
