Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines! Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, giving you a much better feel and faster response in your braking system. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike most brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to easily adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines aren't just about performance. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they look way better than most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1995 - 1998 Aprilia RS 125 models and have a standard OEM setup. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, DOT and TUV approval, and they come with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors or orders are available on request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will fit the models listed.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the caliper and master cylinder where the old brake line is attached. Carefully remove the old line, being cautious not to spill brake fluid. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line. Use the stainless - steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and copper washers that come with the line. Fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed the brakes to remove any air bubbles. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage. You can use a clean cloth to wipe the PVC finish clean. If you notice any leaks or if the brake feel changes, it's a good idea to have the system inspected. Also, remember to keep the brake fluid at the right level. If you have any questions or need custom colors or orders, just let us know.
