Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike other brake lines, they feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing easy adjustment of the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade from OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit 1997 - 2001 Kawasaki ZRX 1100, 2001 - 2003 Kawasaki ZRX 1200 R, and 2001 - 2003 Kawasaki ZRX 1200 S. The setup is for race, with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and all parts are in stock for immediate despatch. Custom colors and orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. When installing the new lines, use the stainless - steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Ensure all connections are tight. When you're done, check for any leaks before taking your bike out. As for maintenance, regularly wipe the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Check the bolts and copper washers periodically to make sure they're in place and tight. If you notice any signs of damage or wear, replace the parts as soon as possible. And remember, these lines are DOT and TUV approved, so you can trust their quality.
