Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many others, they feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing easy angle adjustment of the banjo for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a huge visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines are a great fit for 1995 - 1997 Aprilia RS 250. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, and more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. Then, install the new brake lines, adjusting the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and fit the copper washers as shown in the pictures. When it comes to maintenance, wipe the lines clean with a soft cloth regularly to keep the PVC finish looking good. Check the bolts and connections occasionally to ensure they're tight. Also, keep an eye on the overall condition of the lines. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the brake lines right away. And remember, these brake lines are DOT and TUV approved, so you can trust their quality.
