AS3 Performance rotating bar clamps are a great addition to your bike. These universal - fitting clamps can be easily mounted to the back of your front brake master cylinder or clutch perch. They come with a black plastic insert that allows the clamp to rotate upon impact. This rotation helps prevent damage to the levers, master cylinder, or clutch perch. Made from 6061 billet aluminium with CNC machining, they have an anodised finish featuring AS3 Performance branding. They have a 30mm distance between the centres of the bolt holes, ensuring a good fit. The package includes 2 bolts for installation as shown in the picture. Using this AS3 rotating bar clamp is easy. First, make sure your front brake master cylinder or clutch perch is clean. Then, place the clamp at the back of it and align the bolt holes. The distance between the bolt holes is 30mm, so check this for a proper fit. Insert the 2 included bolts and tighten them up. When riding, if you experience an impact, the black plastic insert will let the clamp rotate, protecting your levers and other parts. As for maintenance, periodically check the tightness of the bolts. If you notice any signs of wear on the anodised finish, you can clean it gently with a soft cloth.
