Description

Enhance your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill black brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your entire braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines fit a wide range of 2024 - 2025 Beta models, including 125 RR, 200 RR, 250 RR, 300 RR, 350 RR, 390 RR, 430 RR, and 480 RR in different versions. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, 1500 - psi factory testing, DOT and TUV approval, 4 copper washers per line, a 12 - month warranty, in - stock availability for immediate despatch, and custom colors/orders on request. The photos are stock, but the part you receive will match the listed models.

Using this AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake line. When installing the new one, use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Attach the line securely and don't forget to add the copper washers. After installation, check for any leaks and test the brakes gently to ensure they work properly. As for maintenance, keep the brake line clean. Regularly inspect it for any signs of wear, like cracks or fraying. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Also, follow the recommended brake fluid change schedule for your bike. This will help keep your braking system in top shape and ensure the longevity of the brake line. And remember, the line comes with a 12 - month warranty, so if you have any problems during this time, reach out to us.
