Description

Upgrade your braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines reduce hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many brake lines, the AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual upgrade from most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1994 - 1998 Ducati 600 SS models and have a standard OEM setup. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, improved brake feel, and more. All parts are in stock and ready to ship. Custom colors and orders are available on request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line hose is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully following the standard OEM removal process. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line. Adjust the banjo angle using the stainless steel swivel unions to ensure a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Attach the bolts and copper washers provided. After installation, check for any leaks and test the brakes in a safe area. When it comes to maintenance, keep the PVC finish clean by wiping it regularly. Inspect the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or fraying. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Also, make sure to follow the recommended brake fluid change schedule for your bike. If you have any special requests, like custom colors, just reach out to us.
