Description

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines eliminate hose expansion, enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. They're factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a great visual upgrade over OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 2000 - 2003 Suzuki GSXR 750 models. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for line placement, improved brake feel and responsiveness, and more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, following the manufacturer's instructions. Then, install the new brake lines, adjusting the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and install the copper washers as shown in the photos. Fill the brake fluid reservoir and bleed the brakes to remove any air bubbles. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. Keep them clean by wiping with a soft cloth and mild cleaner. If you notice any issues, replace the brake lines immediately. Remember, custom colors are available if you want a unique look, so feel free to place a special order.
