All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, they feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines aren't just about performance. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They are suitable for the 2011 - 2012 Suzuki GSR 750 (Non ABS) and are set up in a race configuration (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). The lines are braided from marine - grade stainless steel, use DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, and come with rubber grommets to hold them in place. Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. You'll find the master cylinder and the calipers easily. Just connect the two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. The stainless steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the angle of the banjo for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and use the copper washers provided. When it comes to maintenance, keep the lines clean. You can simply wipe them with a clean cloth thanks to the wipe - clean PVC finish. Check the lines regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues like leaks or cracks, replace the lines immediately. Also, don't forget that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but always make sure to use them within the recommended pressure limits of your motorcycle's braking system.
