Description

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade compared to OEM rubber hoses. Fits 2005 - 2006 Suzuki GSF 650 Bandit (Non ABS). Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and more. All parts are in stock and ready to ship. Custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. The stainless steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the angle for a perfect fit. When installing, be gentle not to kink the line. As for maintenance, regularly check the line for any signs of wear or damage. You can easily clean it with a soft cloth thanks to the wipe - clean PVC finish. If you notice any leaks or a decrease in braking performance, have it inspected immediately. Keep in mind that the parts are DOT and TUV approved, but always follow your bike's manufacturer's guidelines for overall safety.
