Upgrade your braking system's appearance and performance with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, the AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, the AS3 Venhill brake lines also offer a big visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They feature a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts. These lines fit 2001 - 2005 Suzuki GSF 1200 Bandit (Non ABS) and are set up in a race configuration with 2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Using these brake lines is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake lines from the master cylinder and caliper. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines. You can use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. When tightening the bolts, be careful not to overtighten them. For maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of wear or damage. You can wipe them clean with a soft cloth using the PVC finish. If you notice any leaks or problems, stop using the motorcycle and have the brake lines checked immediately.
