Description

Enhance your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your braking system. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines feature stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to adjust the banjo angle slightly for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. It fits 2000 - 2007 Suzuki DRZ 400 E. The brake lines are braided from marine - grade stainless steel, use DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, and come with chrome banjos and stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Each line includes 4 copper washers. It's a UK - made product with a 12 - month warranty. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The photos are stock, but the part you get will fit the listed models.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. When installing the new line, use the stainless - steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the connections securely but don't over - tighten. Remember to use the copper washers provided. As for maintenance, check the brake line regularly for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Keep the brake line clean and avoid exposing it to sharp objects or extreme heat. This brake line is built to last, but following these steps will help ensure its long - term performance.
