Description

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi and meeting or exceeding TUV and DOT requirements, they're built to last. Unlike most brake lines, they feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade over OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 1987 - 1994 Kawasaki KLR 650. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and more. They come with bolts and copper washers, all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using your Venhill AS3 brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your 1987 - 1994 Kawasaki KLR 650 and carefully remove it. Then, install the new Venhill AS3 brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Once installed, check for any leaks and make sure the brake system is working properly before riding. For maintenance, regularly wipe the PVC finish clean to keep it looking good. Inspect the brake line for any signs of damage, like cuts or abrasions. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Keep in mind that custom - colored lines are available on request, but it may take a bit longer to get them.
