Description

Enhance your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your entire braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested up to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, they come with stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These lines fit 2013 - 2016 KTM 125 Duke (ABS), 2013 - 2014 KTM 200 Duke (ABS), and 2013 - 2016 KTM 390 Duke (ABS). Features include braiding from marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, 4 copper washers per line, a 12 - month warranty, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders available on request. The photos are stock photos, but the part you receive will match the listed models.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. When installing the new lines, use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Don't forget to use the included copper washers. After installation, check for any leaks and then bleed the brake system to ensure proper function. As for maintenance, regularly inspect the brake lines for any signs of wear, like cuts or fraying. Keep them clean and free from dirt and debris. If you notice any issues, contact our customer service right away. Remember, these lines come with a 12 - month warranty, so you can ride with peace of mind.
