Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to adjust the banjo angle slightly for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance upgrade, these lines have a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, offering a significant visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2004 - 2006 Kawasaki Z 750 (Non ABS) and 2005 - 2007 Kawasaki Z 750 S. The setup is standard OEM. Using your AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully and replace them with the new AS3 Venhill lines. Use the provided bolts and copper washers to secure the lines. The stainless steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. You can easily wipe clean the PVC finish to keep them looking good. If you notice any leaks or a decrease in brake performance, it's important to have the lines inspected right away.
