Enhance your braking system's appearance and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines are crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, which eliminates hose expansion. This results in a significant improvement in the feel and response of your entire braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. These unions let you slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance upgrade, these brake lines come with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, making them a great visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2005 - 2006 Kawasaki ZX6R models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to keep the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, 1500 - psi factory testing, DOT and TUV approval, bolts and copper washers as pictured, in - stock parts for immediate dispatch, and the option for custom colors/orders on request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will match the models listed.

Using your AS3 Venhill braided rear brake line hose is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. Take your new AS3 Venhill brake line. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit with the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and install the copper washers as shown in the photos. Fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid. Before you ride, test the brakes to make sure they are working properly. For maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any cuts, leaks, or if the PVC finish starts to look bad, it might be time to replace the line. Keep the brake line clean by wiping it with a soft cloth. If you need a custom - colored line or have a special order, just let us know. And remember, all parts are in stock and ready to be sent out right away, so you can get back on the road quickly.
