Using your AS3 Venhill braided rear brake line hose is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder. Take your new AS3 Venhill brake line. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit with the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and install the copper washers as shown in the photos. Fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid. Before you ride, test the brakes to make sure they are working properly. For maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any cuts, leaks, or if the PVC finish starts to look bad, it might be time to replace the line. Keep the brake line clean by wiping it with a soft cloth.
