Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your Kawasaki GPZ 750 R (1985 - 1986) or GPZ 900 R (1984 - 1989). Carefully remove the old line, being cautious not to spill any brake fluid. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line using the included bolts and copper washers. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the angle of the banjo for a perfect fit with the caliper and master cylinder. After installation, fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed it to remove any air bubbles. For maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good.
