Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake line on your 2003 - 2004 Kawasaki ZX6R and carefully remove it. Then, install the new brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. After installation, check for any leaks and test the brakes gently. When it comes to maintenance, keep the brake line clean by wiping it with a soft cloth thanks to the PVC finish. Regularly inspect the line for any signs of wear, like cuts or fraying. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Remember, this brake line is factory - tested to 1500 psi, but don't subject it to extreme pressure beyond its normal use.
