Description

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, but with a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they also look much better than most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2011 - 2015 Kawasaki ZX10R (Non ABS). Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, stainless steel swivel unions, DOT and TUV approval, and they come with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request. The photos are stock, but the parts you get will match the models above.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from the caliper and master cylinder carefully. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line. Use the stainless - steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and copper washers included. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage. You can wipe it clean with a soft cloth thanks to the PVC finish. Also, keep an eye on the brake fluid level. If you notice any issues, such as a spongy brake feel, have a professional mechanic check it out. And remember, since the parts are factory - tested to 1500 psi, they're built to last, but proper care will ensure their long - term performance.
