Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines reduce hose expansion, enhancing feel and response in your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones have 303 stainless steel swivel unions, enabling easy angle adjustment for perfect alignment on calipers and master cylinders. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual improvement over OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2010 - 2016 Kawasaki Z 1000 models. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for positioning, improved brake feel and responsiveness, and more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully, following your bike's service manual. Then, attach the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the swivel unions to get the perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Before riding, check the brake fluid level and top it up if needed. When it comes to maintenance, keep the PVC finish clean by wiping it regularly. Inspect the brake line for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Store your bike in a dry place to prevent corrosion of the stainless - steel parts. Also, remember to have your brakes serviced regularly as per your bike's maintenance schedule.
