Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and performance with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill brake lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these lines are a significant visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1994 - 2009 Kawasaki GPZ 500 S models and are set up as standard OEM. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets for line placement, and more. All parts are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully following the standard procedure. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines in the same place as the old ones, taking advantage of the swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Remember to use the provided bolts and copper washers. When it comes to maintenance, keep the brake lines clean by wiping them with a soft cloth regularly. Check the lines for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. And don't forget, these lines are DOT and TUV approved, but it's always a good idea to have a professional mechanic check the installation if you're not confident in your skills.
