Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones have 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, the brake lines have a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts. They're a great visual upgrade compared to most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1991 - 1994 Honda CBR 600 F2 and are set up for racing (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is the 1991 - 1994 Honda CBR 600 F2 as they're specifically designed for this model. When installing, use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. The lines come with bolts and copper washers, so just follow the normal process of replacing brake lines. Remember, these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, so they're reliable.
