Description

Enhance your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines reduce hose expansion, greatly improving braking feel and response. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones have 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing easy angle adjustment of the banjo for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual upgrade over OEM rubber hoses. This set fits 2011 - 2016 Honda CBR 125 R and has a standard OEM fitment. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, improved brake feel, and more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line hose is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line following the standard procedure for your 2011 - 2016 Honda CBR 125 R. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake line, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless steel swivel unions to ensure a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. After installation, check for any leaks and bleed the brakes as needed. When it comes to maintenance, regularly wipe down the PVC finish to keep it looking great. Inspect the rubber grommets to make sure they're holding the lines in place. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the parts promptly. And remember, these brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but always use your bike's braking system with care and follow all safety rules.
