Description

Enhance your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, enabling you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines aren't just a performance upgrade. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1990 - 1999 Honda CBR 250 RR MC22 and are set up for racing (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets to hold lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts as shown, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, DOT and TUV approval, bolts and copper washers included, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders available on request. The photos are stock, but the parts you get will fit the models above.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. Then, attach the new lines to the master cylinder and calipers. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and install the copper washers as provided. When riding, you'll notice an immediate improvement in brake feel and responsiveness. As for maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. Wipe them clean with a soft cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. If you see any leaks or issues, stop using the bike and have the brake lines inspected. Remember, these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet DOT and TUV standards, but proper care will ensure their long - term performance.
