Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the caliper and master cylinder where the brake line will be installed. Use the provided bolts and copper washers to secure the line in place. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. As for maintenance, regularly check the PVC finish for any signs of wear and tear. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth. If you notice any leaks or if the brake feel changes, it's a good idea to have it inspected. Keep in mind that these brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but still handle them with care.
