Description

Enhance your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, significantly boosting the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit the 2004 Ducati 999 R and are set up for racing with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, and they come with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. Stock photos are provided, but the parts you receive will match the models listed.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the master cylinder and the calipers on your 2004 Ducati 999 R. Remove the old brake lines carefully, taking note of how they are connected. Install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines, using the provided bolts and copper washers. Use the swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. After installation, fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed the brakes to remove any air bubbles. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of wear, like cracks or leaks. Wipe them down with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. If you notice any issues, replace the lines immediately. Also, keep in mind that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but avoid subjecting them to extreme pressures beyond normal use. And if you have any custom color or order requests, just reach out to us.
