Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is quite straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Then, carefully remove the old brake lines from the master cylinder and caliper. When installing the new lines, use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and copper washers properly. Note that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but still handle them with care during installation. For maintenance, wipe the lines clean regularly using a soft cloth thanks to the PVC finish. Check the rubber grommets occasionally to ensure they are holding the lines in place.
