Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these lines are a great visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2001 - 2003 Ducati 998 models and come in a race setup with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, and much more. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, taking note of how they're connected. Then, attach the new lines to the master cylinder and calipers. Use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Tighten the bolts and copper washers properly. When riding, you'll notice an immediate improvement in your brake's feel and responsiveness. As for maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. Wipe them clean with a soft cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. If you notice any leaks or issues, stop using the bike and have the lines inspected. Also, keep in mind that while the parts are DOT and TUV approved, it's important to follow all local safety regulations.
