Description

Upgrade your Ducati 998's braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, giving you a more responsive and better - feeling braking experience. Each line is factory - tested to 1500 psi and meets or exceeds TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions on these brake lines let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Besides improving performance, the AS3 Venhill brake lines also look great. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 2001 - 2003 Ducati 998 models and are set up for racing, with two separate lines running from the master cylinder to each caliper. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to keep the lines in place, and much more. They come with bolts and copper washers as shown in the pictures, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch. Custom colors and orders are available upon request, and while the photos are stock, the parts you receive will be right for your model.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines on your Ducati 998 is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. When installing the new lines, use the swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle so it aligns perfectly with the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and fit the copper washers as provided. Fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid. Before you take your bike out for a spin, test the brakes gently to ensure they're working properly. As for maintenance, keep the brake lines clean by wiping them down with a soft cloth using the wipe - clean PVC finish. Check the lines regularly for any signs of wear or damage, especially the rubber grommets. If you notice any issues, replace the parts immediately. And remember, if you want a custom color or have a special order, just let us know.
