Description

Upgrade your Ducati 996 ST4 S ST4S (2001 - 2002) braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. These lines are crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, which eliminates hose expansion, giving you a much better feel and quicker response when you brake. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a great visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. This set is configured for a race setup with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Features include DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, and they come with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors or orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your Ducati 996 ST4 S ST4S (2001 - 2002) is turned off and cooled down. Then, carefully remove the old brake lines and replace them with these new ones. Adjust the banjo angle using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When you're done, check for any leaks. For maintenance, regularly wipe down the lines with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Inspect the lines for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or cuts. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. Keep in mind that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but don't subject them to extreme pressures beyond what's normal for your bike. Also, if you want a custom color, just place a special order.
