Description

The AS3 Performance Factory Series front brake and clutch levers are top - notch on the market. Crafted from high - strength aluminium, they're both advanced and adjustable. Their flexible pivot design is a game - changer, as it lets the levers bend outwards upon impact, preventing breakage. The adjustable reach setting allows riders to set their ideal distance between the lever and the bars. The clutch assembly replaces the whole OEM perch and comes with a 'quick adjust' clutch cable adjuster. This lets riders easily tweak the clutch cable's responsiveness while on the go. The clutch perch clamp has 2 smooth plastic inserts that prevent damage by allowing the perch to rotate on impact. And the clutch assembly is finished with 2 rubber boots that keep dirt and debris out. These levers fit 2003 - 2008 Kawasaki KFX 400 and KFX 450 quads. Note that they're for racing quads, and you'll need to remove the parking brake for installation. The brake lever is a 105mm 3 - finger design, and the clutch lever is a 135mm 4 - finger design. They're from a UK company with a 12 - month warranty, all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and the levers in the picture are exactly what you'll get.

Using these levers is straightforward. First, if you're installing them on your 2003 - 2008 Kawasaki KFX 400 or KFX 450, make sure to remove the parking brake as they're designed for racing quads. Once installed, adjust the reach setting of the levers according to your comfort. You can set the distance between the lever and the bars to your preferred position. For the clutch, use the 'quick adjust' clutch cable adjuster while riding to change the responsiveness of the clutch cable. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the rubber boots on the clutch assembly. Make sure they're in good condition and replace them if they're damaged. This will keep dirt and debris out. Also, look at the plastic inserts on the clutch perch clamp. If they show signs of wear, replace them to prevent damage to the assembly. These levers are made of high - strength aluminium, but still, avoid excessive force during use. If you notice any abnormal bending or breakage, contact the UK company as they offer a 12 - month warranty.
