Using this AS3 Performance rear brake pedal tip is easy. First, check if your bike's rear brake pedal is compatible with this tip. If it is, you can start the installation. There are 3 mounting points on the tip. Use the 2 different bolt sizes that come with it to fit the pedal, adjusting the position according to your boot size or how you like to ride. When you step on the pedal, the 11 replaceable stainless steel teeth will give you a good grip.
Here are some things to keep in mind. Make sure to tighten the bolts properly during installation to avoid any looseness. This tip won't fit the standard AS3 Performance rear brake pedals with a flexible tip or the KTM, Husqvarna and Gas Gas OEM brake pedals with a 45 - degree mounting position, so don't try to force it.
For maintenance, since it's made of lightweight and high - strength aluminium, it doesn't need much special care. Just clean it regularly with a mild cleaner to keep it looking good. If any of the stainless steel teeth get worn out, you can easily replace them to keep the pedal tip working well.
