This is a replacement front brake lever for AS3 Performance Factory Series flexi levers. It comes with a replacement spring, bolts, and spacers needed for installation. Note that it's designed only as a replacement for AS3 Performance Factory Series flexi levers and won't fit OEM master cylinders or other aftermarket levers.
