Description

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your entire braking system. All AS3 Venhill brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. This brake line fits 2007 - 2018 Beta 350 Alp 4.0 models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, improved brake feel and responsiveness, chrome banjos with stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, factory testing to 1500 psi, DOT and TUV approval, 4 copper washers per line, a 12 - month warranty from a UK company, all parts in stock for immediate dispatch, and the option for custom colors/orders on request. The photos are stock photos, but the part you receive will match the listed models.

Using this AS3 Venhill rear brake line is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully, taking note of how it's connected to the caliper and master cylinder. Then, install the new brake line. You can use the stainless steel swivel unions to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Once installed, check all connections to make sure they're tight. Fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed the brakes to remove any air. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks. Keep the line clean and away from sharp objects and excessive heat. If you notice any issues, contact our customer service. Remember, this product comes with a 12 - month warranty, so you're covered if there are any manufacturing defects.
