Description

Enhance your motorcycle's braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're not only a performance upgrade but also a big visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 1993 - 2000 BMW F 650 and 1997 - 2000 BMW F 650 ST, and are set up as standard OEM. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, and much more. All parts are in stock for immediate despatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Locate the old brake lines on your 1993 - 2000 BMW F 650 or 1997 - 2000 BMW F 650 ST. Remove the old lines carefully, and then install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines in their place. Use the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of damage or wear. You can clean the lines with a soft cloth and the wipe - clean PVC finish makes it a breeze. Keep the brake fluid at the right level as recommended by your motorcycle's manual. If you notice any issues like reduced braking performance, have the lines inspected by a professional. And remember, while custom colors are available on request, they might take a bit longer to be delivered.
