Description

Enhance your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. AS3 Venhill brake lines come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. Not only a performance upgrade, but with a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a big visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 2004 - 2010 Suzuki GSXR 750. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, wipe - clean PVC finish, rubber grommets, improved brake feel and responsiveness, matt black banjos and bolts, stainless steel swivel unions, DOT and TUV approval, bolts and copper washers, in - stock availability for immediate despatch, and custom colors/orders available on request. The photos are stock, but the parts match the listed models.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line from your 2004 - 2010 Suzuki GSXR 750 carefully. Then, attach the new brake line, adjusting the angle of the banjo using the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When installing, don't overtighten the bolts to avoid damage. Fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid as per your bike's manual. Remember to bleed the brakes to remove any air bubbles. For maintenance, regularly check the brake line for any signs of wear or damage. Clean the line with a soft cloth using the wipe - clean PVC finish. If you notice any issues like leaks or reduced brake performance, replace the line right away. Store the bike in a dry place to prevent corrosion. And if you have any custom color or order requests, just get in touch with us.
