Description

Upgrade your braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike many other brake lines, they come with 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they are also a great visual improvement over OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 2004 - 2010 Suzuki GSXR 600 and are set up for racing. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, and more. They're in stock and ready to ship, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. Then, attach the new lines using the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the angle of the banjo with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. When it comes to maintenance, keep the lines clean by wiping them with a soft cloth. The PVC finish makes this easy. Check the lines regularly for any signs of wear or damage, especially after long rides or if you've been in a dusty environment. If you notice any issues, it's best to replace the lines right away. Also, remember that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but don't subject them to extreme pressures beyond their design limits. And if you want a custom color or have a special order, just ask!
