This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these lines are a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2001 - 2003 Suzuki GSXR 600 and come in a race setup with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Using your Venhill AS3 brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, noting how they are attached to the master cylinder and calipers. Attach the new AS3 lines, using the included bolts and copper washers. The stainless - steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Once installed, bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. You can easily wipe the PVC finish clean to keep them looking good.
