Description

Enhance your braking system's look and feel with Venhill AS3 Performance brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly improving the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to slightly adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, these lines are a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2001 - 2003 Suzuki GSXR 600 and come in a race setup with two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, and improved brake feel and responsiveness. They also have matt black banjos and bolts as shown, stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit, and come with bolts and copper washers. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The photos are stock photos, but the parts you receive will match the listed models.

Using your Venhill AS3 brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully, noting how they are attached to the master cylinder and calipers. Attach the new AS3 lines, using the included bolts and copper washers. The stainless - steel swivel unions allow you to adjust the banjo angle for a perfect fit. Once installed, bleed the brake system to remove any air bubbles. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear or damage. You can easily wipe the PVC finish clean to keep them looking good. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the surface. If you notice any leaks or reduced braking performance, it's time to have the lines inspected. Also, keep in mind that these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet DOT and TUV requirements, so you can trust their quality. And if you have any special color or order requests, just let us know.
