Upgrade your braking system with the AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, the AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're not only a performance upgrade but also a visual improvement over most OEM rubber hoses. They fit 2001 - 2002 Suzuki GSXR 1000 (Non ABS) and are set up for racing. The lines are braided from marine - grade stainless steel, use DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, and come with rubber grommets. Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is easy. First, make sure your bike is a 2001 - 2002 Suzuki GSXR 1000 (Non ABS). Install them following the race setup, which means two separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. You can adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When it comes to maintenance, simply wipe the lines clean with a cloth thanks to the PVC finish. Keep an eye on the rubber grommets and make sure they hold the lines in place. Check the banjos and bolts regularly to ensure they're tightened. Also, remember these lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but don't put excessive pressure on them. If you want a custom color or have a special order, just let us know.
