Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines reduce hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. Not only a performance boost, but with a smooth, wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they offer a significant visual upgrade over most OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit 2008 - 2012 Suzuki GSX 650 F and come in a race setup (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). They're braided from marine - grade stainless steel, have DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, a wipe - clean PVC finish, and rubber grommets to hold the lines in place. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is simple. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Install the lines following the race setup, which means connecting 2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper. Adjust the angle of the banjo using the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When installing, don't forget to use the bolts and copper washers provided. For safety, always check for any leaks after installation and test the brakes in a safe area before riding. To maintain these brake lines, regularly wipe them down with a clean cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the finish. Check the lines periodically for any signs of wear or damage, especially the rubber grommets. If you notice any issues, replace the parts promptly. Also, if you want a custom color, just make a request and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
