Description

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT requirements. Unlike most brake lines, they feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing easy adjustment of the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they are not only a performance upgrade but also a visual improvement over OEM rubber hoses. These lines fit 2008 - 2012 Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa and come in a standard OEM setup. They are braided from marine - grade stainless steel, use DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, and have rubber grommets to hold the lines in place. All parts are in stock for immediate despatch, and custom colours/orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is simple. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully following your bike's service manual. Then, install the new lines, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. When you're done, fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed it to remove air bubbles. As for maintenance, regularly check the lines for any signs of wear, like cracks or leaks. You can wipe them clean with a soft cloth thanks to the PVC finish. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. Keep in mind that the brake lines are DOT and TUV approved, but always follow your local regulations and bike manufacturer's guidelines.
