Description

Upgrade your braking system's look and feel with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions, allowing you to adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. With a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, they're a big visual improvement over OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1999 - 2007 Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa and are set up for racing (2 separate lines from the master cylinder to each caliper). Features include braided marine - grade stainless steel, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets, improved brake feel, and more. All parts are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and cooled down. Then, carefully remove the old brake lines from the master cylinder and caliper. Install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines, using the included bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Once installed, fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid and bleed it to remove any air. As for maintenance, regularly check the brake lines for any signs of damage, like cuts or leaks. You can wipe them clean with a soft cloth to keep the PVC finish looking good. If you notice any issues, replace the lines right away. Remember, these brake lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi and are DOT and TUV approved, so they're reliable, but proper care is still important. Also, if you want custom colors or have special orders, just ask.
