Description

Upgrade your motorcycle's braking system with the outstanding AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Crafted from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. They're factory - tested to 1500 psi and meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. The 303 stainless steel swivel unions let you adjust the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder. Not only a performance boost, the brake lines feature a smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts, making them a great visual upgrade compared to OEM rubber hoses. They fit 1995 - 2004 Suzuki GSF 600 Bandit and GSF 600 S Bandit models. Key features include braided marine - grade stainless steel construction, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, and they come with bolts and copper washers as shown. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available on request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your motorcycle is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully. When installing the new one, use the provided bolts and copper washers. Adjust the banjo angle with the stainless - steel swivel unions for a perfect fit on the caliper and master cylinder. Check for any leaks before using the brakes. For maintenance, wipe the lines clean with a soft cloth regularly to keep the PVC finish looking good. Avoid using abrasive materials that could damage the finish. Keep an eye on the overall condition of the lines, and if you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace them right away. The lines are factory - tested to 1500 psi, but always follow standard safety procedures when working on your motorcycle's braking system.
