Description

Upgrade your braking system with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these lines eliminate hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your brakes. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike ordinary brake lines, AS3 Venhill lines feature 303 stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to adjust the banjo angle slightly for perfect alignment with the caliper and master cylinder every time. The smooth wipe - clean PVC finish, AS3 Performance branding, and matt black banjos and bolts not only improve performance but also offer a great visual upgrade compared to most OEM rubber hoses. These brake lines fit 1994 - 1997 Kawasaki ZX9R models. They come with features like DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, rubber grommets to hold the lines in place, and all parts are in stock for immediate dispatch. Custom colors/orders are available upon request.

Using these AS3 Venhill brake lines is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake lines carefully. Then, install the new AS3 Venhill brake lines, adjusting the 303 stainless steel swivel unions to get the perfect angle for the banjo on the caliper and master cylinder. Tighten the bolts and add the copper washers as shown in the photos. Remember to bleed the brakes properly after installation to ensure optimal performance. For maintenance, simply wipe the PVC finish clean regularly. Check the lines for any signs of wear or damage, like cuts or leaks. If you notice any issues, replace the line right away. Keep your bike in a dry place when not in use to prevent corrosion of the stainless - steel parts. And if you have any specific color or custom order needs, just let us know.
